All Hail The Wretched Haggis

Robert Burns Day is tomorrow, and I have an image blog to mark the occasion. Enjoy, and for God's sake, don't eat the haggis.

  1. Reciting Burns aloud, with his accent, for a while will really cheer one up

  2. : )))

I have a picture of myself in front of Robert Burns' cottage where he was born!!

I have never tasted haggis even though I have been going to Fergus to see the Highland Games. I tried but by the time I got to the stand they were sold out.

    1. I have a number of cousins in and around Fergus, but I have never been to the highland games there.

  3. Of course, Gandalf can exit without being seen if he wishes. I think I would wish to disappear also.

    1. Just the thought of eating haggis is reprehensible! I'd disappear too!

    1. Sheep's heart, liver, and lungs, cooked with some spices and other things, encased in the sheep's stomach. Ugghh...

  5. Hmmm. A tie between the Lego Ness monster and the two kitties looking up at the atrocity called a kilt! Too many laughs for a Robert Burns blog!
