An eclipse is coming tomorrow, taking a path along a big stretch of North America, including my area. I decided to do an image blog on the occasion. I find it odd that in this day and age, people are still treating what is a regular event, astronomically speaking, like it's the end of the world. But then people, in my experience, are very, very stupid.

ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteI don't know that I'll see much of it here in Australia, I usually forget to even go outside and check, so see it on the TV news instead.
ReplyDeleteIt's supposed to be 98 percent here. But I guarantee it'll cloud over before it happens.
DeleteAt least the focus in the news on the eclipse gives less time to seeing the horrors of wars that are happening.
ReplyDeleteTrue.
DeleteVery cute! Watch it on TV like the rest of us.😊
ReplyDeleteAlas, no.

DeleteIt's just cool to see something we don't see every day.

DeleteThese are all hilarious and yes... we did not look at the sun. We just looked at the shadow.
ReplyDeleteThere's also looking at it reflected in a bowl of water.
